Kathy Heisler (pictured left) earned her B.S. degree in K-12th Physical Education and Athletics from the University of Montana in Missoula. She also has her master’s degree from MSU Northern in Guidance and Counseling. Mrs. Heisler came to Lincoln in 1983 because of the opportunity to work in a public school, which means she has been here for 25 years! For two years she taught kindergarten through 8th grade physical education and she was a kindergarten through 12th grade counselor. Mrs. Heisler later got her administrator’s degree and she was the grade 7th through 12th principal for 20 years! Recently, she received her principal and superintendent endorsement from the University of Montana. As you know, Mrs. H. is in her third year as being a wonderful superintendent at our school.
Jilyn Oliveira (pictured right) attended high school in Libby, Montana. She did her under graduate work in Texas Lutheran University and also taught 5th grade there, yet Mrs. O. (as everyone calls her) earned her master’s degree at the University of Montana. She is currently a doctorial candidate from that university as well. She also taught Jr. High math at Bonner, Montana. Mrs. O came to Lincoln because she loves the feel of a small town, and because she knows Mrs. Heisler is a great mentor. Mrs. Oliveira enjoys fly fishing, hanging out with her dog, Jake, and watching the Mariners and the Seahawks play! She also likes playing dodge ball with the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th graders at recess time! This is her very first year being a principal here at Lincoln school and we all want to give her a warm welcome, seeing as she’s replaced our former awesome principal, Mrs. Carla Anderson.
Ms. Williams is the district's business manager and clerk. Formerly Carol was the school’s secretary for five years. After a brief absence, Carol has now returned to LPS.
Mrs. Vicki Thompson is our new secretary for Lincoln Public Schools. Formerly Mrs. Thompson was a substitute teacher for LPS.
